Our Services
In order that we will make available the services of atestingtime to you, you will need to subscribe to the site, pay the applicable fees, and obtain login details and a password. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the subscription form (such information being your data) and you have a responsibility to keep this data up to date. atestingtime will make available the service upon confirmation of payment details being successfully received by PayPal. For the avoidance of doubt, the payment is for the service to be made available to you, and is not dependent on your usage of the site. We reserve the right to change the description of the service whether it is to place restrictions on usage, limiting the subject, sessions or any other parameters without notice.
Data Privacy
atestingtime has a privacy statement for all clients. All data is securely stored. We do not store credit card details. We do not supply or sell customers details to any outside organization. We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so, to keep all details of any orders and payments secure, but, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.
Fees
You acknowledge that atestingtime reserves the right to charge for its website services and to change any applicable fees from time to time at its discretion. Current fees are detailed on the subscriptions page. If we terminate a Membership or prohibit use of any of the Services because you have breached the Agreement or other applicable terms and conditions you shall not be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.
Password
When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify atestingtime immediately by emailing customerservices@atestingtime.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Consumer Rights Act and the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have fourteen working days to change your mind and cancel an order. If you wish to cancel your membership you must email customerservices@atestingtime.com with full details. You may be asked to follow this up in writing.
By taking your first test, you will lose your 14 day right to cancel. By taking the first test you agree to the instant download, and that you lose this right.
